Urgent crew change

The ship is transiting a critical area. The electro-technical officer suddenly falls seriously ill. The systems on board are highly specialised, and the replacement must have genuinely worked on those switchboards.

What is needed is not a list of dozens of CVs but the right person: a candidate who knows that system, holds valid documents, is closest to the ship and can board a flight straight away. In these moments we have a plan, not panic.

Our urgent response process

Alert

02

Matching

Candidates who have worked on the same system and hold valid documents are listed.

03

Verification
